Nelson Gomes

Nelson joins Integral from the world of political fundraising and is no stranger to the challenges his clients face. Having previously worked as a finance staffer on congressional and state-wide races and later as an analyst and database administrator, he’s personally seen it all – researching leads, planning and executing fundraising operations, and critically reviewing the strategies that work and the ones that don’t. He is a strategic thinker who loves to get lost in tables and models so his clients can focus on fulfilling the mission.

Nelson got his B.S. at Washington University in St. Louis and studied Business Analytics at the University of Maryland’s Robert H. Smith School of Business. When he’s not spending time with his dogs, he’s either cooking new recipes, gaming with friends, or planning his next trip.

Sam Lichtman

Sam joined the Integral team as a Senior Data Analyst in 2020 and has spent the past 10 years in all aspects of nonprofit fundraising.  He previously worked at M+R where he helped build out their reporting platforms and helped their clients raise millions of dollars to fight for reproductive rights, livable wages, and climate justice.

While not at work, Sam loves hiking, camping, and enjoying the outdoors and on weekends can often be found at the local farmers market with his family and dog.

Sarah Holko

Sarah is a proud graduate of the College of William and Mary with a degree in Accounting. When not at work, she can be found hanging out with her loveable cockapoo, Hardee; working through her giant stack of library books (usually overdue); or consuming not insignificant amounts of chocolate chip cookies.

He previously worked at the direct mail firm Bergmann Zwerdling Direct, where he helped craft and execute targeted mail programs for clients across the country. Robert Connelly

Robert joined Integral in 2017 from the front lines of fundraising. As Director of Annual and Special Giving at American Farmland Trust, he led the organization’s membership and mid-level donor programs focusing his efforts on improving the donor pipeline and experience. His efforts in direct mail and online acquisition, mid level donor identification and upgrades, and improved donor services doubled AFT’s 12 month active donor file in 3 years. Prior to AFT, Robert was the deputy campaign manager of a successful US House race in Virginia where he specialized in door to door canvassing, telephone fundraising, and volunteer recruitment.

Robert is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Wilmington with a Master of Public Administration. He loves a good joke, especially ones about mountains because they always seem to go a little rocky.

Rachel supports direct mail acquisition programs for several of our clients and utilizes her strong attention to detail to take program and campaign data and manipulate it so that it can be used for reporting and analytics. Rachel has supported the onboarding of many Integral clients, along with the scoping and execution of reporting via Integral’s online reporting solution.  Organizations that Rachel helps support here at Integral include the ASPCA, National Audubon Society, Disabled American Veterans, and Mercy Corps.
