Working at Integral

It’s best to do one thing really, really well…and we do. Analytics is our jam, and we’re second to none. We pride ourselves on being unbiased and innovative. We create thoughtful analyses and insights that drive strategies. We focus on our clients’ end goal and everything else follows.

Even if you don’t know exactly what analyses to ask for or even where to start, finding an answer is our problem, not yours. We are determined to understand your donor file and opportunities within it. We love the work we do, for our clients that make the world a better place.

We strike a good balance between nerdy and cool. Okay, so we think we’re cool. But we admit that we have some nerd stuff going on here, too.

We celebrate our wins and our team. While we spend lot of time with our heads in spreadsheets and SQL, we also take time to celebrate our anniversaries, birthdays, and other proud personal and professional moments.
