Lindsay joins Integral after working in non-profit development, planned giving and event planning for 5 years. Previously, she helped build corporate sponsorships and developed strategic partnerships for the Muscular Dystrophy Association and the Washington International Horse Show. At Integral, Lindsay helps manage client relationships and the internal resources needed to meet the analytical, strategic and reporting needs for our clients.
Lindsay holds a B.A. from the University of Delaware where she studied Sociology and Political Science. In her spare time, Lindsay is hiking with her dogs, Tucker and Sadie, or enjoying the D.C restaurant scene.
Yao earned MS in Statistics from George Washington University in 2014. She is experienced in database management and analyzing data. Before joining Integral, Yao worked as a Statistical Analyst in a digital technology company in D.C. for 4 years. She also has experience in the financial industry as a consultant in Bank of China for 2 years.
Yao earned BS in Statistics from Capital University of Economics and Business in China, and she worked for the National Bureau of Statistics of China for two years and earned Certified Research Analyst from them. As a new mummy, she spends all her spare time with the baby, and she is expecting to travel around in the near future.
Robert joined Integral in 2017 from the front lines of fundraising. As Director of Annual and Special Giving at American Farmland Trust, he led the organization’s membership and mid-level donor programs focusing his efforts on improving the donor pipeline and experience. His efforts in direct mail and online acquisition, mid level donor identification and upgrades, and improved donor services doubled AFT’s 12 month active donor file in 3 years. Prior to AFT, Robert was the deputy campaign manager of a successful US House race in Virginia where he specialized in door to door canvassing, telephone fundraising, and volunteer recruitment.
Robert is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Wilmington with a Master of Public Administration. He loves a good joke, especially ones about mountains because they always seem to go a little rocky.
Rachel supports direct mail acquisition programs for several of our clients and utilizes her strong attention to detail to take program and campaign data and manipulate it so that it can be used for reporting and analytics. Rachel has supported the onboarding of many Integral clients, along with the scoping and execution of reporting via Integral’s online reporting solution. Organizations that Rachel helps support here at Integral include the ASPCA, National Audubon Society, Disabled American Veterans, and Mercy Corps.
Rachel joined Integral in September 2012. She holds a B.S. in Commerce and French from the University of Virginia. Rachel is a strong advocate for food (in general) and will fight for snacks.
Lindsey oversees digital analytics for our clients at Integral, helping clients understand what is driving digital traffic and revenue. She is always striving towards helping our clients maximize their digital offerings, and enjoys working with other members of the Client team to find ways to integrate insights across other channels. She also dominates in Fantasy Football.
Prior to coming to Integral, Lindsey was a Web Manager with Corporate Executive Board for over 4 years. Lindsey holds a B.S. in Marketing from George Mason University and is a 2015 graduate of Market Motive’s Master Certification in Web Analytics. She has been with Integral since January 2011.
Adam joined Integral in 2011 and has more than 10 years of experience in non-profit marketing and analytics. At Integral, Adam works with clients and staff to develop and implement innovative analytical solutions with a particular focus on multi-channel segmentation, marketing mix analysis, and predictive modeling. Prior to joining Integral, Adam worked on the Direct Marketing and Database teams at the Human Rights Campaign, ultimately serving as Associate Director of Analytics.
An avid traveler, Adam went on sabbatical in 2014 and spent 11 months traveling the world with his wife. Now back at home, when not working, he can usually be found daydreaming about travel, trail running, or (quite often) both simultaneously. He is a graduate of Southern Illinois University and is a proud SIU Saluki.
Chris joined Integral in 2010, and consistently works to provide actionable insights to the questions that keep our clients up at night. Chris loves a challenge and is always seeking out new solutions while evaluating our clients’ most complex programs. With his background in direct response and fundraising, Chris has always let data take the driver’s seat. There are no biases here, ROI is always at the top of his mind. At Integral, Chris supports Covenant House, Doctors Without Borders – Canada, Catholic Relief Services and many more.
Chris is a graduate of Radford University. When “The Slicer” is not at work, he spends his time yelling “fore” on the golf course or just relaxing in the “low country” in his home in Charleston, South Carolina.
Chris Barrett has been with Integral since March 2005 and oversees company operations, including Human Resources, Accounts Payable and Receivable, IT, and Facilities. Chris also provides database support and programming for multiple Integral clients, helping to ensure that data integrity and security is maintained.
Prior to coming to Integral, Chris was a Research Manager with Watson Wyatt Worldwide for five years and an Asst. Director of Membership Communications with the American Psychological Association for ten years. Chris holds a BA in Psychology from William and Mary and a Masters in Information Technology from American Intercontinental University.

Kevin T. Moran is co-founder and principal of Integral, LLC. With over 20 years of experience, Kevin provides strategic analytical consulting to clients including the ASPCA, Doctors without Borders, Amnesty International, United States Holocaust Museum and Memorial, and National Parks Foundation among others.
Prior to launching Integral, Kevin held senior level fundraising positions at The Nature Conservancy where he was responsible for growing the file to 1,000,000 members and directing the Conservancy’s online presence. Kevin served in lead fundraising roles at The National Parks and Conservation Association, The Wilderness Society, the Human Rights Campaign, and AARP. Additionally, he was a strategy consultant at two interactive marketing agencies serving the nonprofit community – IAPPS and AppNet/Commerce One.
Kevin is an industry thought leader who has spoken at many events including DMA conferences in New York and Washington, the Bridge Conference, the Convio Summit and the Target Summit. His expertise is in helping organizations leverage analytics to build, manage and grow key business models including online, direct response, major donor, advocacy, and planned giving.
Kevin is a member of the DMA, DMAW, NTEN, and AFP. He lives in Washington, D.C. and enjoys competing in triathlons when time permits.
Jim Emlet is co-founder and principal of Integral. Jim has over 20 years of strategic experience working for and with non-profits and for-profits to develop business models that guide investment decision to maximize revenue. Prior to Integral, Jim was owner of another analytical consulting firm that provided strategic analysis for non-profits as well as health care organizations.
Jim’s background is very quantitative – he has a bachelor’s degree in applied mathematics from Duke University and a master’s degree in Operations Research from The George Washington University. His career path has been primarily consulting work to help organizations leverage the strength of their data.
At Integral, Jim works with large national organizations such as National Audubon Society, Defenders of Wildlife, Mercy Corps, and the ASPCA.
