Carlysle Devane-Schneider

Carlysle joined Integral in August 2025 after completing her Master of Science in International Business at The George Washington University. She also earned her Bachelor of Science in Business with a minor in Chinese Language and Literature from GWU. Before joining Integral, she worked on consulting projects with corporate clients, focusing on market strategy and data analytics.

Carlysle was drawn to Integral for its collaborative environment and the opportunity to help mission-driven organizations make data-informed decisions. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, singing, and hosting dinner parties with friends.

Nolon White

Nolon joins Integral with over 10 years of experience in the non-profit space. Starting out as an Event Marketing and Corporate Partnerships rep at ALSAC/St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, Nolon quickly fell in love with the Analytics, Data, and Tech side of the house. After moving into his role as Development Analytics manager, Nolon led a hybrid team of Analysts from various backgrounds and disciplines. He’s created and implemented a multitude of technical solutions and process improvements to aid his team with uncovering key insights, trends, and patterns in their data ranging from Tableau dashboard development to SQL query optimization. In addition to his work within the analytics community at ALSAC, Nolon created an enterprise wide data literacy program aimed at educating business partners on the importance of understanding and utilizing data regardless of role, title, or position within the organization. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Marketing and an MBA from the University of Memphis (GO TIGERS). Nolon is thrilled to bring his positive energy and enthusiasm for learning to Integral.

Outside of work, Nolon is a drummer! He played drums for the Memphis Grizzlies for 14 years! He also enjoys gaming and photography in his free time.

Alan Gao

Alan joins Integral with over 10 years of experience in creating and developing data analytics solutions, ranging from Six Sigma Statistical Software to, most recently, Nonprofit Direct Mail Predictive Models. As a Data Analytics Consultant at Deloitte, he has also proven his ability to quickly adapt to clients’ unique situations and provide efficient and meaningful analysis. He holds a bachelor’s degree in statistics from the University of Michigan (Go Blue!), and a master’s degree in business analytics from the University of Colorado. Alan is excited to bring his varied perspectives to Integral and help to bring insightful lift to all of Integral’s charitable clients.

Outside of work, Alan tries to make as much music as he can performing with his String Quartet as First Violinist, jamming with his band on bass guitar, playing acoustic guitar and singing duets with his wife. Besides being buried in Math and Music, you can also find Alan trying to stay fit at the boxing gym, discussing the latest pop culture craze at comic con, or watching movies, live concerts, and comedy shows.

Billy Summa

Billy joined the Integral team in April 2023. He has spent the previous 5 years working in the Private Equity sector at both corporate and start-up levels, working on financial performance reporting, investor relations, and cash planning/analysis.

 

Billy graduated from Hofstra University with a degree in Accounting. When not at work, he can be found on his motorcycle exploring the surrounding DMV area, playing video games, or bird watching with his cat, Lola.

Samatha Vemula

Samatha joined the Integral team as a Senior Data Analyst in 2022 and has spent the past 10 years working on various database management projects and analyzing data. Before joining Integral, Samatha worked as a Database Developer for a web development company in Alexandria, where she worked on building web applications, handling migrations from one platform to another, and integrating with various membership management systems for multiple Non-Profit, Association, and E-Commerce clients.

While not working, Samatha loves dancing, traveling, watching football, and spending time with her two kids.

Danish Khan

Danish joined the Integral team in January 2023. He has over 3 years of experience as a Data Analyst, SQL Developer, and Quality Assurance associate. He loves troubleshooting databases and making sure things are as precise as they can be. He has lived in Northern Virginia for over 20 years after his family migrated from Pakistan in 2002.

Apart from being an IT professional, Danish loves traveling, watching movies, singing, cooking, and trying out new adventures. He has a loving wife and the cutest toddler. On Sundays, he can be found working on his 2013 Ford Mustang GT.

Brendan Barrett

Brendan graduated from JMU in the spring of 2022 with a degree in Business Management and a Concentration in Management Consulting. He chose Integral for not only the amazing people and environment that it holds, but for what Integral does, stands for, and the positive impact and value created through the hard work done. Some of his hobbies include cooking, hanging out with friends, playing and watching baseball, and getting outside and going on hikes and adventures!

Jamiere Folmar

Jamiere joins Integral from the US Climate Action Network where he supported all aspects of the Network’s development program and helped coordinate climate policy among environmental organizations. He previously worked as a political organizing and fundraising professional on campaigns in North Carolina, West Virginia, Maryland, and Indiana.

 Jamiere is originally from Durham, North Carolina and graduated with a B.A. in Political Science from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. Jamiere enjoys watching movies, workout classes, and cooking.

Matt Martin

Matt joined Integral as a Business Analyst in February 2022. He spent the two prior years as an analytics & strategy lead in the digital marketing space.

Matt earned his Bachelor of Science from Furman University with a double major in Applied Mathematics & Communications Studies and has passion for, as he puts it: “telling stories with data.” In his spare time, Matt enjoys going for runs, listening to true crime podcasts, learning to play the guitar, finding the best brunch spots in DC, and surfing in his hometown of Charleston, South Carolina.
