Haley Fletcher

Haley Fletcher is an Account Executive at Integral, managing client relationships and internal resources to meet clients’ analytical, strategic, and reporting needs. Previously, Haley worked as an Account Executive at Cambridge Global Advisors, supporting projects related to international development, cybersecurity, and intelligence. Before that, she worked at BGR Group, leading research projects and developing policy briefings for international clients, including foreign ambassadors, and served in Congress assisting Representative Sharice Davids with legislative operations.

Haley holds a Bachelor of Science in Journalism with minors in Public Policy and Economics from the University of Kansas, where she captained the Women’s Crew team. After completing her undergraduate degree, she moved to Belgium for 2.5 years to pursue her Master’s in International Relations from the Katholieke Universiteit Leuven (KU Leuven).

In her free time, Haley enjoys biking, running, trying new vegetarian recipes, and planning her next scuba adventure.
